"Added digest authentication support. For example it is possible to retrieve the private and friends-only records from the LiveJournal's blogs.
add the ?auth=digest suffix to some LiveJournal rss feed URL
in the Location\Secutity tab of the feed properties window check the "Server requires logon" box and fill in your LiveJournal login and password (yes, you have to be a registered LiveJournal user). Now you'll be able to read someone's friend-only records in the NewzCrawler. Sure, you have to be marked as friend by that person."
How cool is that?
He basically took Xrays today. It turns out that normal people have 20 mm roots, but I have 22 mm. So he'll have to kill the roots at the very bottom before he can cap the tooth.
The good news: No pain today.
The bad news: 2 hour appointment in 2 weeks.
I've been on call (for work) since Monday. There have been some problems during my week, but nothing too awful.
Tonight (and every Sunday night) there was a problem with the mainframe after they restarted the region. It sent me over 50 pages in about 30 minutes to tell me that the mainframe was back up. I finally called the Operations staff and told them to call me when things were quiet and I'd turn the pager back on.
Peri thought he was being bad and I was making noise to scare him. He went and sat in his crate and looked very sad until I finally turned the pager off.
It's just me, the dog and the cats for a few days. It's been a while since I've been home by myself (I've taken more trips alone than Brad has).
Brad's off a-gamblin'.
I don't have a lot of plans for my time in the house. Normal stuff. I'm having Thai for dinner (yellow curry with chicken).
Tomorrow I have part 2 of my root canal. It's been so nice not having those awful headaches. Today I got a normal headache. First one since last Monday. That's almost a whole week without a headache. Amazing.
Tuesday I work funky hours because I have a late night implementation. I should get home around midnight. We haven't talked about what time I'll need to be in yet.
Also, I tried to install iTunes on my PC. Serious amounts of unhappiness on the part of the computer. It tried to fubar Outlook, but I didn't find anything that looked terribly wrong. So no iTunes for me until I wipe this box and reinstall. At least Brad has iTunes installed and I can rip CDs from his computer.
