I went to Vermont last weekend! It was gorgeous. Expect pictures to appear in Flickr soon (not tonight because there's an Arisia meeting).
Speaking of Arisia, the hotel is filling up so if you want a room in the main hotel, don't dawdle!
And, late on Sept 30th or early on Oct 1st (depends when I'm awake), the rates for preregistration go up as well. $50 instead of $40. Just sayin'.
I'm getting a tattoo (oh, hi Dad!). :D Not until October though.
I'm going to the Cape soon. First time since I moved here.
CTRF is coming up and I'm looking forward to that.
The weather is going to be amazing again tomorrow. I have Thursday and Friday off and it's looking like rain. I might actually upgrade my blog to MT4 finally!
I also need to make playlists for my iPod. Anyone wanna help?
Goosync is working better, but we still are in the early stages of our relationship and things are rocky more often than I'd like. But I haven't given up yet!
So I bit the bullet and signed up for Goosync... and paid for an account so I could sync to multiple calendars.
Now I'm missing all kinds of things on my Google calendar and have to fix it. So if you had something planned with me and it's gone from my calendar... well, that's why.
Guess what I'll be doing tomorrow while doing laundry?
I'm transitioning away from lkw@pobox, so if you use MSN to talk to me, please comment (and leave a valid email address) to find out my new MSN ID. I'll stop signing in as lkw@ by the end of the month.
Two years ago today I arrived in Massachusetts. Would that we could have gotten here on a different day. Unfortunately, with all of the various troubles we had with the truck, we were already running behind schedule (I had to call the movers (who were going unload the truck for me) and change their dates).
I'm still very glad to be here.
Found here, who found it here.
Short story, the T is apparently not running right now. Or might not be running very well. There's nothing posted on the MBTA site though. Another link.
Keep that in mind when you head home.
[I just saw one heading from Kendall to MGH from the window at work.]
My Treo didn't like the fall last night (it fell from my lap while I was sitting half in my car to the ground at Alewife). I had to take apart the case and put it back together before I got the screen to work again.
Today it's exhibiting flicking color-changingness. Neat, but not easy on the eyes.
Sprint store, here I come (well, not _right_ now, but today).
Foiled by technology. The phone phase-shifted itself back into normal colors. Completely normal. *pats it lovingly while giving it a dirty look*
